Henry A. Carpenter II, Esq. is in private practice and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Committee of the PA Bar Association and the Bucks County Estate Planning Council. Henry holds a Master’s Degree in the Law of Taxation, is licensed to practice in the states of PA and NJ, and is a frequently published author. His practice focuses on the client and emphasizes individualized counsel to clients (and their families) in all areas relating to estate planning, Medicaid planning, asset protection, tax planning, wills and trusts and estate administration.  A local attorney, Mr. Carpenter has offices in the Makefield Executive Quarters.
