Every year at our annual business meeting, the Branch elects members to serve on the Board of Directors. The board has been operating below strength for some time. According to the bylaws, which sets the board size according to membership, there should currently be eight members on the board, but we have been operating with only five. Based on membership, the board for the next program year should have seven members. Since three members will be completing their terms this year, that means that we should have four candidates on the ballot for two-year terms.

Most board meetings are held via conference call and the leadership responsibilities are split among the board members. Please consider joining these women in helping to lead the Branch.
